Atila Santos
Designer specialist in visual identities, graduated in advertising, with studies in branding, typography and lettering. With more than 15 years of experience, I've worked as a creative, design and web director in advertising agencies, but I've always been passionate about brands and packaging.
I was awarded in some brand competitions, in addition to having won the 2011 Columnists Award and a finalist for the Colibri-ES Award in the visual identity category. I love illustration, camping and photography, not always in that order. Oh! I'm also a scoutmaster ⚜.
Ana Flavia Paresqui
Self-taught designer, passionate about crafts, colors, shapes and textures. She worked in the administrative area of several companies, but saw her true love in the lines and colors. She participated in major branding and design projects such as the Evangelical Hospital of Vila Velha and the Rocio & Ghisolfi Pedroni Consultores Office, among others.

Immersion, Analysis, Conception and Modeling & Delivery. The 4 stages of the design process.
Immersion
Understanding the business or project landscape: critical points, characters, history, experiences and needs. Part of my job is to identify strengths and weaknesses of your segment and avoid clichés and established patterns. These are the main objectives of my projects, which make it possible to deliver a tailor-made brand for your business.
Analyze
After immersion, a dive into each point organized to understand the problem as a whole. No one wants to have a brand that looks like their main competitor or outside their target audience, right? Knowing your competitors and your audience is essential to creating a unique brand. Differentiating yourself will help create your own identity, facilitating immediate recognition, making communication between your business and your consumer.
Conception
The conception phase is the materialization of the ideas formed in brainstorming, mental maps and ideations. Pencil and paper become the main character of this phase, working to shape different solutions.
Modeling & Delivery
In the last phase, the ideas are filtered to gain their final form, testing their application in the most varied means and formats, thus closing the proposal and delivery of the project.
